As part of its annual disclosure requirements, the Ridgewood Canadian Bond Fund is required to file annual financial statements and interim financial reports. It must also file annual and interim management reports of fund performance. The annual financial statements and management reports of fund performance must be provided within 90 days of an investment fund’s financial year end, while interim financial reports and management reports of fund performance must be provided within 60 days of the end of the investment fund’s interim reporting period.
